    I was prescribed this by doc for thrush and put it in on Tuesday night this week. Symptoms don't seem any better. In fact after foolishly having sex this morning I feel slightly more sore if anything. Anyone had any luck with sholud or can make any other suggestions for how to treat it? Have never had it before. Am also 23 weeks pregnant. And had an operation on a Batholin's abcess two weeks ago so not sure if this is partly related to that - but GP has said that's healing fine.

    I think the cream on its own is rubbish. Are you allowed to use the pessary or the oral treatment whilst pregnant?

    Cream on its own does nothing much for me tbh. Has your partner used the cream by the way as otherwise you will keep infecting each other which is frustrating. When I was pregnant and had persistent thrush a lovely Dutch GP prescribed something like 9 pessaries to take one every night to properly get rid of it.
